Exclusive partnership expands our reach in India

We’ve signed a multi-year, seven-figure agreement with Suhora, a leading ISR technology provider, granting them exclusive rights to distribute our Earth Observation data and services in India and Nepal. This strategic deal will accelerate access to high-resolution satellite imagery and unlock powerful applications across government and commercial sectors.

Satellogic (NASDAQ: SATL) has been added to the U.S. small-cap Russell 3000^® Index, effective June 27, 2025. This inclusion is a major milestone, set to significantly boost our visibility and reflect our sustained growth.

HEO Secures Exclusive Access to Satellogic's High-Resolution Constellation

We have expanded our agreement with HEO, a leader in in-orbit inspection services, to provide them with exclusive access to our high-resolution constellation. This collaboration will allow HEO to monitor objects in space, such as active satellites and debris, more quickly and frequently.

This new phase, which builds on a relationship that started in 2020, aims to make space safer and more transparent by leveraging Satellogic's advanced technology and HEO's analytical capabilities.

• Refreshed Documentation Center: We've launched a redesigned Documentation Center to provide a more intuitive experience, helping users and developers get the most out of Aleph.

• Rapid Delivery: Our new Rapid Delivery option on our Rush Tasking product enables L1B imagery delivery within 3 hours from collection. This provides customers with even faster access to timely data.

• Enhanced Security: Protecting our customers' information is a top priority. We have strengthened Aleph’s security and privacy posture, reinforcing our commitment to data protection.
